Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-11-02

The service

convokeep converts chat export files into PDFs in your browser. Using it means you accept these terms.

Who we are

convokeep is run by the business named on the seller information page: trade name, representative, address and registration numbers. Contact: support@convokeep.com. We are a software service; we are not a law firm.

Licence

Licences are non-transferable. Do not share, resell or publish your key. The free preview is limited and watermarked. A Lifetime license key works on up to 3 browsers or devices; the 3-device limit does not apply to a Day Pass. Contact support@convokeep.com to move a device or if you lose your key.

During the update year we release fixes and new versions; we may add support for new messengers or formats but do not promise any particular one.

Acceptable use

Use convokeep only with chats you are entitled to export, and only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the content you process and for how you use the PDF, including other people's privacy rights. Do not try to disrupt the service.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". Chat formats change and differ between devices, languages and app versions. We do not guarantee that every message, attachment, date or emoji is parsed or shown correctly. Check the PDF before you rely on it. Nothing here is legal advice, and we do not promise any court or authority will accept a PDF (see the Disclaimer).

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or lost cases. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the licence. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record (the seller to you), and Polar's buyer terms also apply: https://polar.sh/legal/checkout-buyer-terms

Prices are shown in US dollars on this site. The checkout shows the final amount and currency before you pay; your card issuer may convert the amount into your local currency.

Taxes. The checkout shows the final amount you pay, including any sales tax, VAT or similar tax that applies to you, before you confirm. Polar collects and pays over these taxes as merchant of record.

Digital content and withdrawal. convokeep is digital content that is available to you immediately in your browser. Before you pay, you can run the free preview on your own file and check the result. Whether you can withdraw from or get a refund for a purchase after the paid service has started depends on where you live; see the list by country below. In Brazil, a no-questions refund remains available within 7 days of purchase, even after download. This does not affect the refund cases listed above, Polar's own refund policy, or consumer rights under your local law that cannot be waived.

For refund requests, send your order details to support@convokeep.com. For payment questions (charges, invoices, tax), contact Polar, the merchant of record.

Changes to the service and terms

We may change, pause or end features. We may change these terms; we announce material changes on this site at least 30 days before they apply to new purchases, and the date above changes with each version. Changes do not reduce what you already bought.

If we decide to discontinue the service, we will give notice on this site, intending at least 60 days where that is practicable. We will then make reasonable efforts to provide Lifetime-license holders with an offline version that keeps working without our servers. To use it you need your license token, so please use "Save license token" in the app to keep a copy on your device while the service is running, and keep your license key. If you lose both after a shutdown we may not be able to restore them; before then, contact support@convokeep.com for help recovering your key.

Law, courts and contact

Governing law: the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought before the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance, without limiting any right you have as a consumer to sue in the courts where you live or under mandatory law of your country of residence.
