LINE Evidence for Unpaid Wages, How to Organize Pay-Related Chats
General steps for organizing chats with your employer about pay or overtime. This page does not judge whether wages are unpaid or in what amount.
Not legal advice. This page is general information. Whether a court admits or relies on a chat is for the court; convokeep does not promise admission or any outcome. Ask a qualified lawyer about your case.
Which chats should I keep?
Chats you took part in, such as shift instructions, messages about working hours and exchanges about pay. Export them in a form that shows dates and senders, and keep the original.
What about other records?
Employment contracts, payslips, time cards and bank deposit records are separate documents from chats. Do not mix them into the PDF; keep the original of each.
What about company group chats?
They contain other employees' names and information. Check whether they need to be covered before you submit. Moving company work data to a personal device may violate company rules.
Where can I ask?
The Labor Standards Inspection Office and the Comprehensive Labor Consultation Corner are the usual general contacts. We could not open the official pages in this check, so confirm the latest contacts in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's guidance. Houterasu also provides general guidance.
What about the hash value?
It only shows that the file has not changed since the export. See What a hash value tells you.
Will it be accepted?
We cannot promise any result. The decision rests with bodies such as the Labor Standards Inspection Office or a court.

Ready to try it?
Drop your exported .txt file on the convokeep app for a free preview. The first 3 pages are free (watermarked, no integrity page); saving the full PDF is a one-time paid feature. No chat or attachment is uploaded: the file is read in your browser. To check later that a file is unchanged, use the hash checker.
